Finery Fitting Room London

Brief -

The Finery Fitting Room London in Covent Garden WC2 was the first opportunity for the online womenswear customers to see the product up close and have a rare opportunity (for an online business) to try the collection for size and fit. Central to the project was the need for consumers to learn about the core messaging of the collection.

Solution -

We created the concept of the Finery Fitting Room London. The design of the pop-up experience allowed for one item from the whole collection to be displayed. Customers could touch and feel the garments and accessories and then complete a form stating their colour and size preferences. The Finery staff would then make the items available to the customer downstairs in the fittings room. The simplicity of the layout and the consumer experience proved hugely successful throughout the two week project and ensured a significant increase in brand awareness for this new womenswear brand.
